Description

ER309L is similar to ER309 but contains an average .02% carbon to provide a weld deposit that will offer good resistance against intergranular corrosion caused by carbide precipitation. ER309L is excellent for buttered passes and overlay work. Typical applications include those of ER309 welding wire.
