Silvertip Propane
Silvertip Propane was established more than two decades ago. Named after the north western grizzly bear. Whose warm fur looks silver at the tips when light catches it. Like the Silvertip grizzly's fur our propane will keep you warm against winters chill.
Silvertip Propane joined forces with AWG, Gas & Welding Supplies on January 1st of 2006. Starting as a single location in Butte, MT. Over the years Silvertip Propane has grown to having multiple locations across Montana to serve our customers.
In combination with AWG’s Axmen Propane business, Silvertip and Axmen represent the largest independent propane providers in Montana and surrounding areas.
Silvertip Propane can service all of your propane needs including 20lb tanks for your barbecue and griddle, 30lb tanks for your RV, 33lb tanks for your forklift, home delivery for your home heating, and large bulk transport loads of propane. Come see us for all your propane needs!
