Description

• Victory 7024 classifies as 7024-1 with a minimum 35 ft-lbs. @ 0F , intended for use in situations requiring greater ductility and a lower transition temperature than standard E7024 electrodes. • Heavy iron-powder coated electrode for single pass welding on mild or carbon steel • Deposition is fast and efficient, leaving a slightly convex to flat weld bead with a fine ripple appearance • Very easy to use, stable arc, low spatter and a slag that seems to peel away • Primarily for horizontal or flat fillet welding and flat butt welding • Common applications are on heavy construction and earth-moving equipment, truck bodies, ships, barges, railcars and trailer frame cambers
