CO2 Air

The company was formed in May of 1992, originally as Carbon Dioxide Industries. It evolved from mergers and equipment development to CO2 Air Equipment, Inc. in May of 1994. Having grown to over 1.8 million gross sales, the company moved to their modern manufacturing facility in Cumming, Georgia in 1999, and combined the carbon dioxide delivery side of the business, taking the name CO2 Air, Inc. in January 2002. In 2017 CO2 Air was acquired by American Welding & Gas, Inc. (AWG). The company specializes in dry ice pellet extruders and block presses plus related carbon dioxide equipment along with the delivery of liquid carbon dioxide. AWG divested the dry ice equipment manufacturing during 2019. The company focus is now on CO2 distribution.

CO2 Air is a regional CO2 distributor with a geographic footprint in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Their response to customer needs is immediate and professional. The company has a reputation for quality products and excellent service. Always putting the customer first, they offer assistance to all current and potential customers.

Cylinder Fill Pump

The efficient way to fill all size cylinders from bulk storage. The model CO2AIR-35-1 was designed for heavy duty, low maintenance operation when the pump is located indoors at the filling location. The vertically positioned floating piston is utilized for quieter running, greater stability, and reduced seal wear. The pump drive end is oil lubricated and easily accessible for servicing. The crankshaft is supported by two tapered roller bearings, which are splash lubricated for maintenance free operation. The filling manifold, pressure gauge, regulating valve, and filling hose are included with this model.
